Catharine de Venables

Catharine de was born about 1272 in Kinderton, Middlewich, Cheshire, England.¹ Catharine de's father was William Venables and her mother was Margaret Dutton. Her paternal grandparents were Roger de Venables and Alice Peninton; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Dutton and Philippa de Sandon. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Hugh, William de, Elizabeth and Cecilia de. She was the second youngest of the five children.
