Dirk Spieker 
Dirk was born about 1873 in Iowa.1 Dirk's father was Jurgen Dick Spieker and his mother was Anna Fluth. His maternal grandparents were Freede Fluth and Hiske. He had a brother and seven sisters, named Jerry, Hiske, Tilly, Jacobina, Rheina, Freede, Clara and Mattie. He was the third oldest of the nine children.General Notes
