Geert Sinning 
Geert was born on November 9th, 1786 in Lütjewolde, Ostfriesland, Germany.1 Geert's father was Harm Edden Sinning and his mother was Meye Geerts. His paternal grandparents were Edde Harms Sinning and Arentje (Rÿken) Rickends. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Edde, Dirk, Riekend Harms, Wessel Harms, Geeske Harms (Sinnen), Arentje and Engel. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 20 on August 14th, 1807 in Lütjewolde, Ostfriesland, Germany.1 General Notes
