Engel Sinning 
Engel was born on September 8th, 1802 in Lütjewolde, Ostfriesland, Germany.1 Engel's father was Harm Edden Sinning and her mother was Meye Geerts. Her paternal grandparents were Edde Harms Sinning and Arentje (Rÿken) Rickends. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Edde, Geert, Dirk, Riekend Harms, Wessel Harms, Geeske Harms (Sinnen) and Arentje. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died at just 7 days old on September 15th, 1802.1 General Notes
