Dirk Sinning 
Dirk was born on August 27th, 1789 in Lütjewolde, Ostfriesland, Germany.1 Dirk's father was Harm Edden Sinning and his mother was Meye Geerts. His paternal grandparents were Edde Harms Sinning and Arentje (Rÿken) Rickends. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Edde, Geert, Riekend Harms, Wessel Harms, Geeske Harms (Sinnen), Arentje and Engel. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 28 on March 2nd, 1818 in Lütjewolde, Ostfriesland, Germany.1 General Notes
