Richard "The Good" de was born in 0970 in <, , Normandie, France>.1   Richard "The Good" de's father was Richard "The Hardy" De Normandie and his mother was Gonnor De Crepon.  His paternal grandparents were William I "Long Sword" De Normandie and Alix De Vermandois; his maternal grandparents were Herbastus De Crepon and Gunhild Von Denmark. He had four brothers and five sisters, named William "The Bastard" de, Geoffrey de, Robert, Mauger, Havlive De, Matilda, Emma, Pappia de and Béatrix de. He had three half-sisters named Beatrix von, Malgar de and Fredesende de.  He died at the age of 56 on August 28th, 1026 in , Fécamp, Seine-et-Maritime, France.  He was buried in , Fécamp, Seine-et-Maritime, France.1 1
