Alan Holand 
Alan was born about 1320 in , Up Holland, Lancashire, England.1 Alan's father was Robert II de Holand and his mother was Maud La Zouche. His paternal grandparents were Robert I de Holand and Elizabeth de Salmesbury; his maternal grandparents were Alan La Zouche and Eleanor de Segrave. He had five brothers and ten sisters, named Robert, Thomas I de, Otho, John, Alan, Elizabeth, Elizabeth, Margery, Matilda De, Margaret (Mary), Jane, Alianore de, Alianore de, Isabella and Isabella. He was the eighth youngest of the sixteen children. He died about 1339.1 General Notes
