John Griffith 
John was born about 1528.1 John's father was William Griffith and his mother was Jane Stradling. His paternal grandparents were Sir William of Penrhyn Griffith and Joan Troutbeck; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Stradling and Janet Mathew. He had three sisters named Elizabeth, Catherine and Dorothy. He was the youngest of the four children.General Notes
