Miss Le Despenser 
Miss Le was born about 1226 in Loughborough, Leicestershire, England.1 Miss Le's father was Hugh Le Despenser and her mother was Mrs-Hugh Le Despencer. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Despenser and Rohese De Foix. She had a brother and two sisters, named Hugh 1St Baron Le, Pernell Le and Julianna Le. He [Roger de St. John] probably married a niece of his guardian and stepfather, a sister of Hugh LE DESPENSER the Justiciar, who was son of Hugh LE DESPENSER and father of Hugh (LE DESPENSER), EARL OF WINCHESTER.
