Alice De Vere 
Alice was born in 1060.1 Alice's father was Alberic De Vere and her mother was Beatrice Gand. Her paternal grandparents were Alphonso De Ver Of Ghesnes and Katherine Of Flanders; her maternal grandparents were Henry Castellan De Gand and Sibilla Manasses. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Alberic, Geoffrey, Roger, Robert, William, Roheise (Roesia) and Aethelaise. She was the oldest of the eight children.1 General Notes
