Richard Byron

Richard was born about 1404 in Clayton, Lancashire, England.¹ Richard's father was John Byron and his mother was Margery Booth. His paternal grandparents were Richard Byron and Joan Colewick; his maternal grandparents were John Booth and Joanna De Trafford. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Nicholas, Ralph, Elizabeth, Margaret, Jane, Helena and Catherine. He was the second oldest of the eight children.
