Susannah was born on March 13th, 1715 in Harwich,Barnstable,Massachusetts and her baptism took place on June 16th, 1723 in Brewster Church,Harwich,Barnstable,MA. Susannah's father was John MAYO and her mother was Susannah FREEMAN. Her maternal grandparents were James Freeman and Sarah Merrick.
