Richard Foster 
Richard was born in 1690 in Essex Co, Virginia. Richard's father was Robert Foster and his mother was Elizabeth Garnett. His paternal grandparents were Richard Forster and Sussan Garnett; his maternal grandparents were John Garnett and Ann Taylor. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Robert, James, John, George, Thomas, William, Anthony, Barbara, Margaret and Elizabeth. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 93 in 1783 in Louisa Co, Virginia.General Notes
