Joshua Browning 
Joshua was born on December 19th, 1747 in Culpeper County, Virginia. Joshua's father was John Browning and his mother was Elizabeth Demarest. His paternal grandparents were Francis Jr. Browning and Elizabeth Carter Lloyd; his maternal grandparents were Jan Demarest and Alice Elsie Earle. He had seven brothers and six sisters, named Francis A., John Radford, Joshua R., George, Daniel, William F., Joshua, Anna, Pheobe, Eunice, Clarissa 'Clary', Senah 'Siney' and Millicent. He was the oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 67 in December 1814 in Bourbon County, Kentucky.-
