Emery Terry Judge 
Emery was born on March 12th, 1850 in Perry Co.,IN.1 Emery's father was J. Elias Terry and his mother was Eleanor Sandage. His paternal grandparents were John Terry and Esther Brown; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Sandage and Nancy Ann Simonson. He had five half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Uriah, Francis Marion, John B., Clayton, Judge Emery, Esther, Mary, Cynthia, Charlotte, Matilda and Lucinda. He died at the age of 73 on May 18th, 1923 in Orleans,IN.1 -
