Capitola Louvina was born on November 29th, 1872. Capitola Louvina's father was John J. Powers and her mother was Rachel Taylor. Her paternal grandparents were William Powers and Matilda Scales; her maternal grandfather was Joel Taylor. She had two brothers and three sisters, named William J., Joel, Rowena, Cordelia and Bertha E.. She died at the age of 56 on January 12th, 1929.-
