Rachel C. Pierson 
Rachel C. was born in 1826 in Scottsburg,IN. Rachel C.'s father was Henry Clinch Pierson and her mother was Louisa Hazzard. Her paternal grandparents were Shadrach Pierson and Rachel Clinch. She had four brothers and two sisters, named George F., Andrew Jackson, Henry C., William D., Charlotte and Mary L.. She was the oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 80 on October 4th, 1906.-
