John Delalynde was born on October 3rd, 1850 in of,Smedmore,Dorsetshire,England. John Delalynde's father was George Pleydell Mansel twin and his mother was Jemima Henrietta Gambier. His paternal grandparents were John Mansel Lieut-Colo and Louisa Pleydell. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Eustace Gambier, Ernest Digby, George Clavell, Louisa Mary and Elizabeth Henrietta. He died at the age of 65 on December 11th, 1915.General Notes
