Ernest Digby was born on October 10th, 1855 in of,Smedmore,Dorsetshire,England. Ernest Digby's father was George Pleydell Mansel twin and his mother was Jemima Henrietta Gambier. His paternal grandparents were John Mansel Lieut-Colo and Louisa Pleydell. He had three brothers and two sisters, named John Delalynde, Eustace Gambier, George Clavell, Louisa Mary and Elizabeth Henrietta. He died at the age of 55 on May 8th, 1911 in (sp).General Notes
