Benjamin F or I Gray

Benjamin F or I was born on January 16th, 1809 in Pasquotank County,North Carolina.  Benjamin F or I's father was Joseph Gray and his mother was Amelia (Millie).  His paternal grandfather was poss John Blair Gray. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Isaac, William, Barnibus B. (Barney), Joseph, Martin, Charles, Griffin, David, Anna, Lydia and Margaret.  He was the third oldest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 62 on March 31st, 1871 in Terre Haute,Vigo County,Indiana.  He was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery,Terre Haute,Indiana,Lot 4, Block 3, Div 37 of Cemetery.

‌Benjamin F or I and Nancy were married in a religious ceremony about 1848 in Hancock or Madison Countys,Indiana.  They had two daughters named Isabelle and Lucy Ann.

They had five sons and two daughters, named Marshall A, George (Jackson ) W., Harvey A., Franklin, Joseph, Margaret and Mary Jane.
