Margaret Ellen was born in 1843 in Madison Co.,AR.1 Margaret Ellen's father was John Hugh Findley Rev. and her mother was Melinda Terry. Her maternal grandparents were William Terry and Barbara Ennis. She had five brothers and four sisters, named William W., John Wesley, Martin Alexander, James B., Thomas Harvey, Hester Ann, Martha Matilda, Mary Elizabeth and Sarah Nevada. She was the fourth oldest of the ten children.-
