Raymond I Count of was born about 0990.1   Raymond I Count of's father was Otton I (Otto Guillaume) King of Lombardy, Count of Lombardy Count of B and his mother was Ermentrude Queen of Lombardy, Countess of Macon de Roucy.  His paternal grandparents were Adalbert II King of Lombardy and Gerberga of Macon; his maternal grandparents were Ragnvald Count of Roucy de Rouci and Alberade (Aubree) of Lorraine. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Guy I Count De, Renaud I Count Palatine Of, Mathilda of Princess of Burgundy (Ivrea), Gerberge of, Gerberge Countess Of and Agnaes Countess Of. He had a half-sister named Beatrice of.  He died in April 0003 in Frankreich.1

‌Raymond I Count of and Judith (Elena, Eleanor) of were married in a religious ceremony before September 1st, 1016 in France.  They had a son named Guillaume II 'the Great' Count of Burgundy and Macon.
