Willa of was born in 0930. Willa of's father was Boso Count of Arles, Margrave of Tuscany and her mother was Willa of Tuscany. Her paternal grandparents were Thibaud Count of Arles and Vienne and Bertha of Princess of Lorraine Lorraine; her maternal grandparents were Rudolph I Count, Marquis and King of Upper Burgundy and Willa of Queen of Upper Burgundy Vienne.
