Willa of Tuscagne was born about 0920.  Willa of Tuscagne's father was Margrave Boso of Tuscagne and her mother was Willa of Bourgogne.  Her paternal grandparents were Ct. Theobald of Arles and Prcs Bertha of Lorraine; her maternal grandparents were King Rodolph I of Bourgogne and Willa of Bourgogne. She had a brother and three sisters, named Rotbold of Provence, Countess of Arles, of Arles and Willa of Tuscagne.  She was the youngest of the five children.

‌Willa of Tuscagne and Berenger II of Italy were married in a religious ceremony in 0936.  They had two sons and two daughters, named Adalbert of Ivrea, Conrad I of Ivrea, Rosela of Italy and Urraca of Italy.
