Rachel Payne

Rachel was born in 1834 in North Carolina. Rachel's father was John Payne and her mother was Sarah Paralee Walker. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas PAYNE and Sarah Riley; her maternal grandfather was Unknown Walker. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Daniel W, John, Thomas G, Moses, George Washington, Letty, Emily, Amanda Jane and Sarah. She was the third oldest of the ten children.
