Guy (Constable of Cyprus)'s father was Hughues III "le Grand" King of Jerusalem and his mother was Isabelle d'Ibelin.  His paternal grandparents were Henri de Poitiers and Isabelle de Lusignan; his maternal grandparents were Guy II (Constable of Cyprus) d'Ibelin and Philippe Berlais.  He was an only child.  He died in 1303.
