Isabel De was born about 1228 in Totnes,Devon,England.  Isabel De's father was Hugh De Vere and her mother was Hawise de Quincy [Countess of Oxf.  Her paternal grandparents were Robert de Vere Earl of Oxford and Isabel De Bolbec; her maternal grandparents were Saher IV, de Quincy [Earl of Winches and Margaret de Beaumont. She had a brother named Robert.  She was the older of the two children.  She died on August 11th, 1300 in Okehampton,Devonshire,England.  She was buried in Church Of Black Friars,Exeter.
