Ida De was born about 1161 in Boulogne,Pas-DE-Calais,France.  Ida De's father was Matthieu Of Alsace [Count Of Boulog and her mother was Marie Countess Of Mortain Boulogne [Abbess Of Romse.  Her paternal grandparents were Dietrich II (Thierry II) de Alsace and Sibilla Mabirie d' Anjou; her maternal grandparents were King of England Stephen de Blois and Maud Matilda Of (and Queen of Boulogne) Boulogne [Queen Of Englan. She had four sisters named Judith Of, Judith, Ida and Maud D'.  She was the second youngest of the five children.  She died in 1216.  She was buried in ,Boulogne,Pas-DE-Calais,France.
