Isaac Comnenus Sebastrocrator was born about 1044. Isaac Comnenus Sebastrocrator's father was Ioannis Comnenus and his mother was Anna "Augusta" Byzantine Regent Dalassena PHARO. His paternal grandparents were Manuel Comnenus and Anna; his maternal grandparents were Alexius Prefect of Italy PHARO and Dalassana DELASSENOS. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Manuel Comnenus Curopalate, Alexius I, Alexius I Comnenus Emperor, Adrionos Comnenus, Nikephoros Comnenus, Maria Comnena, Eudocia Comnena and Theodora Comnena. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died about 1102.General Notes
