Mathilde D' was born about 1104 in Of,Angers,Maine-et-Loire,France.  Mathilde D''s father was Foulques V,Conde De Jerusalem D' Anjou and her mother was Ermengarde (Ermentrude) Du MAINE COUNTESS OF ANJOU.  Her paternal grandparents were Foulques IV The Rude of Anjou and Bertrade (Queen of France) Montfort Queen of France; her maternal grandparents were Count Elias (Helie) of Maine and Matilde De Chateau Du Loire (Countess of Maine). She had two brothers and two sisters, named Elias II , Count of Maine D', Geoffrey V The Fair, Sibilla Mabirie d' and Isabel , de Gatinais D'. She had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Baldwin III King of Jerusalem of, Baudouin III D', Amalric I King of, Savilla of and Isabell D'.  She died in 1154 in Fontevrault Abbey,Fontevrault,Maine-et-Loire,France.
