Thomas Franklin Weisinger

Thomas Franklin was born in 1837.¹   Thomas Franklin's father was John Jacob Weisinger and his mother was Permilia Ann Graves. He had a sister named Nancy Elizabeth.  He was the older of the two children. He had four half-brothers named Franklin Pierce, Mary Louisa, John R. and William.
