James S. Tucker

James S. was born in 1809 in NC.¹   James S.'s father was Hiram Tucker and his mother was Catherine T. Hendry. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Alexander, Charles, Ira J., Hiram Cromartie, Isaac David, Richard Thomas, Harriet Amanda, Anna Jane, Elizabeth M. and Mary Catherine.  He was the third oldest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 62 in 1871 in ?.¹
