William H. Thompson

William H. was born in 1820 in Abbebille Co., SC.¹   William H.'s father was James W. Thompson and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Carmichael.  His paternal grandparents were Robert Thompson and Jane Boye; his maternal grandparents were Arthur Carmichael and Frances Bell. He had three brothers and a sister, named Arthur, Daniel James, James W. and Francis Elizabeth.  He was the oldest of the five children.  He died after 1867 in ?.¹
