Mary Martha Ann was born on September 26th, 1855 in White Co., GA.1 Mary Martha Ann's father was Wyatt Chappel Sears and her mother was Louisa Jane Payne. Her paternal grandparents were Wyatt Sears and Frances Sutterfield. She had five brothers and six sisters, named William Jasper, Enoch Wyatt George, Charles Eakes, John Wesley, Sandy Lafayette, Sarah Francis, Susan Roxanna, Louisa Rosetta, Julia Alice, Otheria and Azzie Lee. She was the oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 49 in 1904 in Vernon, Wilbarger Co., TX.1 -
