Otzy O'Dell was born on March 31st, 1910 in TX.1 Otzy O'Dell's father was William B. Rushing and his mother was Lula Eleanor Parker. His paternal grandparents were Solomon James Rushing and Silvina Rebecca Wilson. He was an only child. He died at the age of 1 on January 2nd, 1912 in Roby, Fisher Co., TX. During the Christmas Holidays,Oty became sick and died at William
Franklin Parker's home in Royston, TX with Diphtheria and the house was
quarantined. They had to move out of the house while it was fumigated.
