Delia Rushing 
Delia was born on November 29th, 1896 in AL.1 Delia's father was William F. McDonald Rushing and her mother was Mary Wise. Her paternal grandparents were Francis Marion Rushing and Frances Virginia Yelverton; her maternal grandparents were Mr. Wise and Mary (?). She had three brothers and six sisters, named Pierre Dorsey, Marion, William Dykes, Gwendoline, Lillian Dale, Mary Claudine, Francis Vera, Annie Lou Alice and Johnnie B.. She was the fourth youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 56 on April 8th, 1953 in Charlotte, NC.1 General Notes
