William Near

William was born about 1854 in Ross Co. Ohio.¹ William's father was PHILIP NEAR and his mother was SARAH JANE DUFF. His paternal grandparents were JAMES NEAR and EVE KLISE; his maternal grandparents were WILLAM (John) B.DUFF and NANCY ORDERS. He had two brothers named Marion and MILTON. He had three half-sisters named Emma, Jennie and Viola. He died about 1862.¹
