MILTON was born on April 30th, 1856 in Ross Co. Ohio.1 MILTON's father was PHILIP NEAR and his mother was SARAH JANE DUFF. His paternal grandparents were JAMES NEAR and EVE KLISE; his maternal grandparents were WILLAM (John) B.DUFF and NANCY ORDERS. He had two brothers named Marion and William. He had three half-sisters named Emma, Jennie and Viola. He died at the age of 85 in 1941 in Ohio.1 -
