Charlotte NEAR 
Charlotte was born in 1865.1 Charlotte's father was David Near and her mother was Ann PUTMAN. Her paternal grandparents were JAMES NEAR and EVE KLISE. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Allison, Francis Marion, Joseph, Jane, Mary Ann and Henrietta. She died at the age of 34 in 1899.1 -
