William Franklin Mozley 
William Franklin was born on October 12th, 1841 in Lithia Springs, Douglas Co., GA.1 William Franklin's father was Isaiah Irvin Mozley and his mother was Nancy Caroline McEwen. His maternal grandparents were James Hill McEwen and Martha Ann Snead. He had five brothers named James Samuel, John D., Hiram, Miles and Zachariah Taylor. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 83 on December 3rd, 1924 in Birmingham, Jefferson Co., AL.1 -
