Zachariah Taylor Mozley 
Zachariah Taylor was born on January 26th, 1849 in GA.1 Zachariah Taylor's father was Isaiah Irvin Mozley and his mother was Nancy Caroline McEwen. His maternal grandparents were James Hill McEwen and Martha Ann Snead. He had five brothers named James Samuel, John D., William Franklin, Hiram and Miles. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 82 on December 13th, 1931 in Birmingham, Jefferson Co., AL. He was buried in Forrest Hill Cemetery..1 1 General Notes

He was in real estate and it is said that he owned Powderly, Alabama. He
was a bachelor. Zachariah donated land to Birmingham on which Cunningham
School was built. He is buried here in Birmingham. In his will, he left
money to each of his nieces and nephews and to his grandnieces and
grandnephews.
