John Anderson Metcalf

John Anderson was born on February 13th, 1825.  John Anderson's father was Anthony* Martin Metcalf and his mother was Lucinda* R Thomasson.  His maternal grandparents were William* Thomasson and Nancy* Berry. He had five brothers and six sisters, named William Campbell, Lewis Terril, Isaac Franklin, Martin Hawkins, James Monroe, Mary Ann "Polly", Elizabeth Carolie, Rebecca Jane, Lucinda Perilee, Martha Charlotta A and Susan* Tennessee.  He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children.
