Arthur Thomas was born on July 12th, 1912 in AL.1 Arthur Thomas' father was Thomas Key and his mother was Harriet Rebecca Ledbetter. His paternal grandparents were John Henry D. Key and Cellia Ann Anderton; his maternal grandparents were Daniel Littleberry Woodville Ledbetter and Mary Elizabeth Kirkland. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Walker L., Hulus Edgar, J. Willie, Gertha Leona, Mary Ellen Idella and Pluma. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 57 on January 14th, 1970 in AL. He was buried in Panquin Cemetery near Grant, Marshall Co., AL.1 1 -
