John David was born on December 4th, 1867 in Montgomery Co., AL.1 John David's father was David Morgan Huffman and his mother was Emily Jane Jackson. His paternal grandparents were David Huffman and Martha Sally Rambo; his maternal grandparents were John Jackson and Temperance Ann Henry. He had six brothers and six sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named William Dansler, James A., Thomas Allen, Joseph Elvin, Elbert Ether, Q. Z., Martha Temperance, Mary Ellen, Effie Pearl, Emily Esther, Ines Edith, Henrietta Bernice and Baby. He was the second oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 38 on July 16th, 1906 in Montgomery Co., AL.1 -
