Charles Washington Hobbs 
Charles Washington was born on February 22nd, 1870 in Helena, Lewis & Clark Co., Montana.1 Charles Washington's father was William Hobbs and his mother was Matilda Barrett. His paternal grandparents were William HOBBS and Ann OWEN; his maternal grandparents were WILLIAM BARRETT and Phoebe Colbourne. He had six brothers and four sisters, named William, George Henry, Thomas Henry, John Edwin, Albert Leroy, James Arthur, Sarah Ann, Laura Dora, Kate Eileen and Olivine. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 58 on July 3rd, 1928 in Murray, Salt Lake Co., Utah. He was buried on July 6th, 1928 in Midvale, Salt Lake Co., Utah.1 1 -
