Prentice Ammon Hinton

Prentice Ammon was born on February 8th, 1906.¹ Prentice Ammon's father was Ammon Elbert Hinton and his mother was Hattie Lucrecy Ryals. His maternal grandparents were William T., Sr. Ryals and Frances Elizabeth Bell. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Willice Elbert, Benjamin, Ray D., Eleanor, Vera V., Frances Elizabeth, Bernice Pershing and Jessie Lou. He was the oldest of the nine children.
