Thomas Levi was born on July 17th, 1861 in Union Parish, La.1 Thomas Levi's father was Levi Thomas Harrell and his mother was Rebecca A. Smith. His paternal grandparents were Jesse, Sr. Harrell and Rosannah Rushing. He had three sisters named Rebecca Jane, Susan Victoria and Mary Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 82 on July 16th, 1944 in Forest Hill, Rapides Parish, LA. He was buried in Pauls Cemetary, Forest Hill, LA.1 1 -
