Sam Garrett 
Sam was born on March 24th, 1911.1 Sam's father was William Henry Garrett and his mother was Annie L. Dreadin. His paternal grandparents were William Thomas Garrett and Elizabeth W Lawson. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Wiley W., Judge Colvin, Buford Eugene, Malcom, Zumer Elizabeth, Lillie, Frances Jeanette, Annie Maude and Cleo. He was the fifth oldest of the ten children.-
