Cleo Garrett 
Cleo was born on October 23rd, 1923.1 Cleo's father was William Henry Garrett and her mother was Annie L. Dreadin. Her paternal grandparents were William Thomas Garrett and Elizabeth W Lawson. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Wiley W., Judge Colvin, Buford Eugene, Sam, Malcom, Zumer Elizabeth, Lillie, Frances Jeanette and Annie Maude. She was the youngest of the ten children.-
