Salena was born on April 4th, 1873.1 Salena's father was Andrew* Jackson Garrett and her mother was Anjaronia* Lee. Her paternal grandparents were Robert* Jackson, Jr. Garrett and Kissiah* Rials. She had a brother and four sisters, named Irvin, Fannie* Lucinda, Abi Rebecca, Roxanne and Carlie. She died in Red River Parish, LA. She was buried in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Red River Parish, Louisianna.1 1 -
